The core is precision molded polystyrene insulation bound with hot melt urethane glue. This insulation is sandwiched between two reinforced. pre-painted galvanized door skins for highest thermal efficiency. Unlike other manufacturer's stainless steel doors, our 8240 series doors are revolutionary because they are available in 16 foot sections with no unsightly center seam.
